Seek out laughter and humor in all that you do. Whatever makes you laugh and whatever humor means to you, find it in your life. You can go to a comedy club or visit YouTube…whatever you do, laugh.
I am talking about the kind of laughter you have when you are not allowed to laugh. The shaking, biting your lip to keep from giggling kind of laugher. It stimulates the brain and it “tells” your mind, body and spirit that everything is ok.
Laughter actually creates a chemical reaction in your entire body that sends a healing and comforting message that says to your cells, “we are good, we are safe, we are healthy, we are happy, and we are in control.”
