The best way to start is to fill out our Pre-Coaching Questionnaire so that can understand what you are hoping to achieve.

After receiving the completed questionnaire, an associate will schedule a free phone consultation with you to discuss your goals and how the two of you might best work together. During this conversation, a coaching program that fits into your budget will be outlined and you can make the decision how you would like to proceed.

After the decision is made to proceed and a letter of agreement is signed, you will go through a thorough intake process that includes meeting an associate, either in person or on the phone, and the use of a number of proven assessment tools to help define who you are and how you learn.

Coaching programs run for a minimum of six months and include a weekly 50-minute phone call and periodic in person meetings to determine progress and to set the agenda for the next month's activities. You can also contact an associate between scheduled meetings by email or briefly by phone.
