Natalie Hoffmann Shares Iraq Leadership Experience with Women’s Council of Realtors

(Johnson City, Tenn.) - Natalie Hoffmann, a former Army Captain and current manager for , Natalie Manor & Associates, Southeast Regional Office will be speaking to the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR) on Feb 8, 2006 at 11:30 a.m. at the Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors (NETAR) headquarters in Gray, Tenn. This event is open to the public and all are welcome to attend.

Hoffmann will share her leadership role as a female officer in Iraq and how it has impacted her leadership skills in the corporate environment. is an organization of consultants, corporate trainers and executive coaching professionals who provide measurable results for clients in the areas of Leadership and Communication. They work with senior leaders through executive coaching, speaking and customized training, facilitations and seminars to maximize their potential and increase their productivity.

"During my deployment to Iraq, I learned that even though my leadership skills may not have been fully honed, they helped me lead my soldiers, complete the mission and clearly support myself and others even when I was afraid. I think knowing that you can have courage, caring and integrity around leadership is a critical message I would like to share with the WCR," Hoffmann says.

Hoffmann’s leadership skills were recently recognized when announced that she would manage the Southeast Regional Office in Johnson City, which celebrated one year of business in the Tri-Cities in November 2005.

The WCR is an organization of people who want to know and learn. The WCR invites speakers to their monthly gatherings to deliver timely and relevant information that challenges the audience to think, have a take away from the time spent and learn something new to use in their daily lives and work. Currently, the WCR is one of the top twenty women’s organizations in the country. The Tri-Cities WCR subchapter was founded in 2001 and is open to both women and men. In its sixth year, the Tri-Cities WCR focuses its efforts in the areas of education, leadership and networking. The WCR is lead by a great team that includes, President, Carla Kennedy, President Elect, Ivan Tilley and VP of Membership, Cindy Edwards.
