The Women's Leadership Summit is comprised of women leaders who are generous with their time, heart, passions and sharing what they have learned about becoming leaders in the 21st Century".

"The 21st Century Woman Leader is dramatically different than any other woman in history. She can be a mother, businesswoman, community leader, wife, partner and politician…all in one. She is an individual who can and does wear many hats and participates in many roles" says Manor.

The purpose of the July WLS is to discuss and capture the broad knowledge of the women leaders attending and to define the leadership characteristics needed for the value driven, powerful and world conscious woman leader of the 21st century; a collective thesis; resulting in a woman's leadership roadmap. When the Summit is complete, this valuable roadmap and results of post conference findings will then be shared with hundreds of women's groups throughout the world.

The WLS on July 23rd will bring together these talented, passionate and wise women to express their opinions and speak of their experiences, share their wisdom (insight) and discuss strategies that work and can be used in a leadership role. The Summit will celebrate the histories (with Anne Rarich), victories (with Steve Lishansky) and advancement of women (with Karen Abrami Fitzgerald).
